Austin Roberts is a second-grade teacher at Marianna K–8 School in Florida. Austin received a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Chipola College and a master’s degree in educational leadership from the American College of Education. Austin taught first grade and third grade for five years and has been a consistent top performer in his district each year. Austin's motivation to become an educator was to lead a generation of students who are academically, mentally, and socially-emotionally strong. To achieve this, Austin supports each student in a respectful environment that thrives on love and structure. He believes high-quality, rigorous, standards-based instruction can change every student's life and set them on a path to lifelong success.
